The Coalition has taken a firm stance against graffiti at Haycock. Not only is it illegal to carry paint on State Game Lands, its also incredibly destructive to the environment (and just a plain old eye sore!)
In partnership with the PA Game Commission, Haycock has undergone extensive graffiti removal operations to combat the vast amount of graffiti that once covered Haycock. Today, the remaining graffiti left to clean on the mountain is a tiny fraction of what used to be.
HBC has graffiti removal equipment on standby and can react quickly to any new reports of graffiti. In the past year alone, HBC has responded to a handful of reports of new graffiti. In those cases, the graffiti was removed within 24 hours of HBC being notified.
